Privacy Policy
PITWALL ("we", "us") operates the PITWALL mobile app and the pitwall.app website. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you have over it.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and a display name when you sign in. If you sign in with Apple, Apple may share a private-relay email that we store as-is.
- App activity: predictions you submit, fantasy lineups, league memberships, coin balance and transaction history, and your accuracy stats. This is the core product data.
- Purchases: when you buy a subscription or coin pack, Apple or Google handles the transaction and shares a receipt and product identifier with our subscription provider (RevenueCat), which forwards it to us so we can grant the entitlement or coin credit. We do not receive your payment card details.
- Device: a device identifier used for push notifications, the OS version and app version for diagnostics, and crash logs.
How we use it
- To run the app — show your predictions, score races, manage leagues, deliver notifications when a race leader changes or a team radio is broadcast.
- To honor purchases — grant PRO access, credit coin packs, restore purchases on a new device.
- To investigate bugs and crashes.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers listed below, and only for the purposes above.
Service providers
- Supabase — database, authentication, and serverless functions. Hosts your account and app data.
- RevenueCat — manages subscriptions and in-app purchases. Receives Apple/Google purchase receipts and our user id.
- Apple App Store / Google Play — payment processing for in-app purchases.
- Upstash (Redis) — caches live race data.
- Vercel — hosts the pitwall.app website and admin dashboard.
- Expo — delivers app updates and push notifications.
Retention
We keep your account and app data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except records we are required to retain for tax or audit purposes (purchase ledgers, kept for 7 years).
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing support@pitwall.app. We respond within 30 days. You can also delete your account from inside the app under Settings.
Children
PITWALL is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy in a material way we will update the date above and notify you in the app before the change takes effect.
