Terms of Service
By using PITWALL you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- You're responsible for activity on your account. Don't share your login.
- One account per person. No bots or automated submissions.
Subscriptions (PITWALL PRO)
PRO is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Manage or cancel at any time from your device's subscription settings (iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Android: Play Store → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep PRO until then.
Coin packs
Coins are a virtual currency used inside PITWALL to place predictions. Coin packs are non-refundable consumables. PRO members receive a 20% bonus on every coin pack purchase, credited automatically. Coins have no real-world monetary value, can't be transferred to other users, and are forfeited if your account is closed for violating these terms.
Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be made directly with Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google (Google Play refund policy). We can't issue refunds for store purchases.
Acceptable use
- No cheating, exploiting, or reverse engineering. No scraping the app or our APIs.
- No harassment, hate speech, or illegal content in usernames, league names, or chat.
- No attempts to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our infrastructure.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.
No affiliation
PITWALL is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Formula 1, the FIA, any F1 team, or any driver. F1 race data is sourced from publicly available timing feeds.
No warranty
PITWALL is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of race data, or that predictions will be scored before any particular time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to PITWALL is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
